Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or refund requests if:

All original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are retained
2. Non-Returnable Items

The item has been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

The reason is personal preference or incorrect size selection

3. Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
