Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or refund requests if:

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

• All original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are retained

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted if:

• The item has been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

• The reason is personal preference or incorrect size selection
  (Please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

3. Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost

• If the return is for personal reasons (e.g. changed mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
